에버랜드 내 바오 하우스는 바오 패밀리와 사육사 할아버지들의 이야기를 담아낸 전시 공간입니다. 푸바오가 중국으로 떠나기 전 개관한 전시관으로, 파사드에서 실내 공간까지 관람객의 체험 동선을 고려하여 다양한 전시 콘텐츠를 구성하였습니다. 주요 콘텐츠인 대형 바오 패밀리 인형과 홀로그램 체험을 중심으로 사육사 할아버지들의 실제 손편지, 푸바오의 발도장, 출생 당시 사용했던 인큐베이터와 장난감 등 의미 있는 실물 자료를 전시하여 푸바오의 성장 과정과 바오 패밀리의 이야기를 생생하게 전달하고자 하였습니다.

또한 사육사 할아버지들의 미공개 사진과 실제 작업 책상을 일러스트 요소 및 다양한 소품과 함께 연출하여 관람객이 이야기에 더욱 몰입할 수 있도록 구성하였습니다. 푸바오에게 직접 손편지를 작성할 수 있는 참여형 공간을 마련하였으며, 홀로그램 체험 공간에서는 관람객이 의자에 앉으면 영상이 재생되고 푸바오와 함께 사진을 촬영할 수 있도록 계획하였습니다. 이를 통해 단순히 전시물을 관람하는 공간을 넘어 바오 패밀리와 사육사들의 추억을 함께 나누고 직접 체험할 수 있는 감성적인 전시 공간을 완성하였습니다.

Bao House at Everland is an exhibition space dedicated to the stories of the Bao family and their devoted zookeepers, affectionately known as the “zookeeper grandpas.” Opened before Fu Bao’s departure for China, the exhibition was designed as a continuous visitor experience extending from the façade to the interior. Centered around a large-scale Bao family installation and an interactive hologram experience, the exhibition presents meaningful original objects, including handwritten letters from the zookeepers, Fu Bao’s paw print, the incubator used at her birth, and her toys. Together, these exhibits vividly convey Fu Bao’s growth and the shared memories of the Bao family.

Previously unreleased photographs of the zookeepers and a recreation of their working desk were combined with illustrated elements and authentic objects to create an immersive narrative environment. An interactive area was also provided where visitors could write personal letters to Fu Bao. In the hologram experience zone, a video begins when a visitor sits in the designated chair, allowing them to take a photograph alongside a virtual image of Fu Bao. Through these elements, Bao House was conceived not simply as a place to view exhibits, but as an emotional and participatory space where visitors could share in the memories of the Bao family and their caretakers.
