기아 비트 360은 기아자동차의 영업 사옥을 리노베이션해 조성된 복합 브랜드 체험관이다.
외관은 브랜드 철학 ‘A Different Beat’를 시각화하기 위해 공기의 흐름을 형상화한 알고리즘 기반 디자인을 적용하였다. 총 7,533개의 모듈이 각기 다른 각도로 배열되어 입체적이고 역동적인 파사드를 구현하며, 위치에 따라 다른 패턴과 색상을 연출해 브랜드의 혁신성을 표현하고 있다.
실내는 차량 전시와 다양한 문화 콘텐츠를 함께 경험할 수 있는 공간으로 구성되었다. 중앙의 로비를 기준으로 실내 공간과 후면 조경 공간을 하나의 트랙으로 연결하였으며, 이 전시 트랙을 따라 기아의 전 차종을 관람할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 방문객은 카페에서 차량을 감상하며 휴식을 취하거나, 살롱 공간에서 라이프스타일에 맞는 차량을 추천받을 수 있다. 인터랙티브 미디어존에서는 회전하는 차량과 영상을 활용한 쇼를 감상하거나 가상 드라이빙 체험이 가능하며, 야외 가든에서는 SUV와 RV 차량 전시와 함께 조경 공간을 즐길 수 있다. 중심에 위치한 K-monument는 외부 파사드와 조형적으로 연계된 디자인으로, 실내외 공간을 연결하며 공간의 상징적 역할을 담당하고 있다.

Kia BEAT 360 is a multi-brand experience center created through the renovation of Kia Motors’ sales headquarters, encompassing both interior and exterior design.
The facade expresses Kia’s brand philosophy, “A Different Beat,” by using air flow as a sculptural motif. An algorithm converts shading values into angles for 7,533 unique modules, creating a dynamic, three-dimensional pattern. The gaps between modules allow for light, ventilation, and views, while the facade’s appearance shifts depending on the viewer’s angle, emphasizing movement and innovation.
The interior combines vehicle displays with cultural experiences, centered around a circular exhibition track that connects all areas of the building. Visitors can explore Kia’s full lineup, relax in the café, receive personalized recommendations in the salon, and enjoy immersive content in the Interactive Media Zone, including a rotating vehicle and virtual driving. The outdoor garden features SUV and RV displays within a landscaped setting for relaxation.
At the heart of the space stands the K-Monument, designed using the same algorithmic principles as the facade. It creates a sculptural connection between the interior and exterior, serving as a symbolic focal point within the space.
